2.6 Familiarisation with the reservation.

Before making and paying for a reservation, the Buyer must familiarise themselves with the property to be reserved, view and analyse the photos of the chosen resort in the Gallery of the website, read all descriptions and know what they are booking and the amenities and inconveniences of the chosen resort. If you arrive less than 10 days before your arrival time, or if you have already arrived and change your mind because the resort, the forest, the roads, the weather, the hot tub, the lodge or the facilities do not meet your expectations, no claim will be accepted and no refund will be given.

2.7 Additional services

2.7.1 When making holiday bookings online, it is also possible to order additional services from 7 Saturdays from a very extensive list of additional services. Additional services must be booked at the time of booking or at least 4 days before arrival by email. The hot tub service can also be booked up to 1 day before the arrival time by email.

2.7.2 Hot tub service.

The hot tub is prepared anew for each visitor. This means that before each new visitor, the hot tub water is completely drained, the hot tub is cleaned, disinfected and refilled with water from a private water body nearby. This natural water from the forest floor is well-maintained, clean, soft and good water, but of course it may contain traces of sediment and sludge because it has not been subjected to any additional filtration, disinfection or other treatment. The hot tub stove is then fired up and fired up several more times. The last time the hot tub is fired up is approximately 10 minutes before the earliest arrival time for each site, as indicated on the website of the 7 Saturdays website. Visitors arriving at the earliest possible arrival time for their specific reservation, or up to 30 minutes after the earliest possible arrival time, if they arrive at the earliest possible arrival time for their specific reservation, shall find the hot tub heated and shall continue to heat the hot tub by themselves until the water reaches a temperature of between 38 and 40 degrees. If Visitors arrive more than 30 minutes after the earliest arrival time indicated on the website, they may find the hot tub stove already extinguished, in which case Visitors will be able to turn on the hot tub stove themselves and continue to heat it up to the required temperature. 7 On Saturdays, staff shall not go to the resort to heat the hot tub and shall not disturb the privacy of the Visitors. Visitors receive instructions on how to heat the hot tub correctly by email. The length of time it takes to heat the hot tub depends on the outside temperature, the quality of the wood used and the quality of the fire. Visitors can expect the heating process to take between 1 and 7 hours, depending on the factors listed above. Thus, upon arrival, Visitors are usually not able to climb into the hot tub immediately, as it is usually simply not possible to do so in the short time it takes to prepare the site.

2.7.2.1 If the hot tub has been booked before the departure date, it is strictly forbidden to heat the hot tub on the day of departure, 3 hours before the latest possible departure time (which is indicated on the website for each individual holiday resort).

2.7.3 In the event of cancellation and transfer of the reservation, the same cancellation/transfer conditions apply to the additional services booked as in 2.4 and 2.5 above.
