Booking conditions in homestead "Septyni Šeštadieniai"

1. How to book?

You can book the homestead via:

Reservation is confirmed only after payment is received.

2. Advance payment

A deposit of 100% of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation.
The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of confirmation of the reservation.

3. Cancellation policy

If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded.
If the cancellation occurs 30 days or less before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable, but we may offer the possibility of rescheduling the reservation to another date, depending on the availability of the farmhouse.
If guests do not arrive at the agreed time and do not inform us of the delay, the reservation is considered cancelled.

4. Arrival and departure times

Check-in from 16:00.
Check-out until 12:00
Late departures are possible by arrangement and subject to an extra charge. It must be noted at the time of booking or otherwise informed.

5. Accommodation rules

The chalets are located in a smoking area, but smoking is not allowed inside.
Pets are allowed and there are no extra charges.
We recommend that you observe the quiet time between 23:00 and 07:00**.

6. Additional services

Sauna treatments - to be booked separately.
Hot tub treatments - to be booked separately.
Kamado barbecue - to be rented separately (+ charcoal to be rented separately).

7. Free parking

Guests have free use of the parking during their stay.
